Dear reader,
First and most important: go to bed early! The earlier, the better.
Second, you can use an alarm clock – it can really help!
You can also ask whoever gets up early in your home to try to wake you.
Maybe also try talking to your teacher? She might understand and give you tips. I’m sure she has lots of life experience.
Good luck!

Go to bed early. That way you’ll be able to get up on time.
Good luck

Dear reader,
It really is hard to get out of bed, especially in winter. I turn on a small heater next to my bed, so it’s nicer to get up, because I sit right down next to the warm heater.
Good luck!!!

Think about why you need to get up, and then you’ll get up fast. As soon as you wake up, remember you need to get to class on time or the teacher will be angry – and jump right out of bed. Trust me – I know from experience.

Dear reader,
I understand you more than anyone in the world! I have a really similar problem – it’s very hard for me to wake up in the morning. I made you a list of things that can help:
1) Go to bed early.
2) Pack your school bag the day before! Not in the morning!
3) Prepare whatever you can for tomorrow’s food – a healthy snack, a salad in a box…
4) Lay out neat, clean clothes for tomorrow, including socks and shoes next to your bed.
5) Set an alarm half an hour before you need to get up, and have it ring every ten minutes.
6) Keep a small bowl of cold water next to your bed and splash your face as soon as you open your eyes – it will wake you up.
And most of all, tell yourself: I can get up on time. Then you will.
I hope this helps you 🙂
Good luck, with all my 💗

Make yourself a big sign in bright red with large letters, where you’ll see it the moment you open your eyes in the morning. Write on it: I don’t want to get up late, because I’ll be late for class, my teacher will be angry, and I’ll be embarrassed in front of everyone.
When you see the sign, it will help you get up on time, because you won’t want to be late.
Lots of luck!
